This Time, Everything Changed

I’ve coached women for nearly three decades, through the highs of weight loss, the lows of burnout, and everything in between.

I’ve owned gyms. I’ve led programs. I’ve lived the lifestyle right alongside my clients.

But at 45, something shifted.
Even with all the tools and knowledge, I felt stuck. Sluggish. Bloated. Foggy. Frustrated.

I’d done keto before.
I knew how to train.
I wasn’t drinking excessively, but wine had become my nightly crutch.
